Summit is a three-year discipleship program for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. It is an opportunity for deeper Bible study with the goal of helping kids to develop their own personal faith. It will be a place where difficult questions are welcome!

Summit is not a replacement for Sunday morning activities. Rather, it is a supplemental program built to take kids deeper and explore their doubts and questions as they mature in their faith. Kids will be given the opportunity to earn fun excursions/ retreats as they go. We are super excited about it as a church staff, and we are confident that your kids will greatly benefit from participating and also enjoy themselves!

Summit will meet on the 4th Sunday of each month from after the third service until 2 PM. Due to the holidays, we will meet on the 19th of November instead of the 26th and will have no meeting in December. We will eat lunch and then have tons of fun as we learn! Save the dates!

WHY JOIN THE SUMMIT?

We want Students to “own” their faith and before they can own their faith they must “know” their faith. That is our goal with the Summit.

No one can own their faith until they know their faith, so year one of the Summit will focus on KNOWING. Through games, interactive teaching, and group discussions, we will walk students through the tough questions about their faith and assist them in finding the answers to build a strong foundation for the future.

The Summit is a three-year program for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students. In the future, each grade will have their own learning track. This year, all three age groups will meet together.
